TRAININGS
Otrek team of trainers normally prepares programmes and implements courses and trainings from various subject fields, adjusting them to the market requirements as well as the requirements of the employees of any given enterprise.
The expectations of both the enterprise and individual training participants are taken into account in each programme, its form, and the method selected for the training or the course.
Moreover, timeframes of trainings are adjusted to the availability of the employees and to the logistical capabilities of the enterprises.
The trainings are based on the latest programmes which correspond with current needs of the competitive market, and which are patterned on the methods obtained from the British and French training centres as part of the British Know How Fund.
The trainings usually take place in the conference hall of Otrek in Wrocław, at 10 Fabryczna street, or in the remote locations with an appropriate technical set up and recreational facilities, enabling integrating activities.
