IN-COMPANY TRAININGS

All in-company trainings are held based on the training programme established individually for each and every client. We do not apply any standard programmes. Each programme is customised to suit not only the unique character of the company, but also the experience and knowledge of future participants. It has become a well known fact that the number of in-company trainings has considerably increased during the recent years.

Each in-company training ends up with a final report consisting of two basic parts, out of which the first one describes the effects of the training, which provides the Client with the full view of benefits he/she derived from liaison with "OTREK." The second part of the report contains suggestions and recommendations connected with the further area and scope of development that are essential to set out the range of operations that may significantly influence the work effectiveness of employees in the future.

Recognition of the client's needs and expectations
We learn about the company and the scope of its activity, we acquire essential information about the training's participants and the nature of their work.

Selection of trainers and training tools
On the basis of acquired information we select a trainer and and training methods in accordance with the potential and expectations of the group.

Preparation of the training offer
Taking into account the expectations of the client, we present goals and the programme of the training, training methods, trainers, the venue and time of project implementation and the value of the project.

Evaluation of the project effectiveness
Directly after completion of a particular task, the training participants evaluate the quality and effectiveness of the project. The collected data is presented in the report.

Participants may take part in the post-training programme
If any doubts arise or it is necessary to obtain additional information, the participants have the opportunity to contact the project manager or trainer.

Setting out the rules for further liaison
We can prepare a report evaluating the actual potential of the group and specify the area and scope that requires further training.
